It is the aim of Trinity to provide a professional and responsive management service whilst recognising the importance of cost effective service delivery. We believe we provide an unbeatable property management package, however we also believe there is no room for complacency and there is always room to improve a service.
A proactive and professional team dedicated to each development includes office based management and accounts staff and our nationwide network of regionally based Estate Managers. These are backed up by a robust management structure and various property specialists including Building Surveyors, Facilities Managers and Insurance specialists to ensure appropriate expertise is available at all levels.
Our Management Fees are clear, open and transparent for each individual property we manage and are not linked to a percentage of overall expenditure (which would give no incentive to keep costs under control).
We are a specialist property management company and do not have any related, subsidiary or affiliated companies linked to Trinity who provide estate management services to any of our developments. This gives us complete independent discretion to use the most appropriate contractors for the job.
On a similar note, none of our developer client companies are linked in any way with Trinity or any of its Directors, ensuring we can keep an unbiased and professional management approach at all times.
We believe in a partnership approach to working with all our clients as we all have an interest in a well run and well managed development.
